1. Eligibility

In ShortYou must be legally permitted to use the platform and must always be at least 18 years old.

You may use myXmodel-coin only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use the platform where doing so is prohibited by law.

You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the platform for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation. We may request age, identity, residence or authority evidence where required for security, payment, compliance or creator-claim purposes.

2. Grant of Use

In ShortWe give you a limited personal right to access and use myXmodel-coin under these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use the platform through supported browsers and devices. This permission does not transfer ownership of any platform technology, data or intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, creators, the platform, payment systems or legal compliance. You must not attempt to regain access by creating replacement accounts or using another person’s account after a suspension or termination.

3. Intellectual Property

In ShortPlatform materials belong to creatorcoin.cash or its licensors; creators retain rights in material they lawfully provide.

The software, interface, brand elements, graphics, databases, compilation, text and other materials created for myXmodel-coin are owned by creatorcoin.cash or its licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, frame or commercially exploit protected platform materials unless applicable law permits it or we have given written permission. Creator names, images and third-party brand material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

4. User Identity Verification

In ShortVerification may be required for creator claims, payouts, payment risk or legal compliance.

A fan/trader account and a creator claim are different processes. A creator coin may be listed and tradable before the creator claims or verifies the corresponding profile, provided that the coin is not blocked by the platform.

To activate creator-only features, control profile information or receive payouts, a creator may be required to provide reliable evidence of identity and control of the claimed external profile. We may also request verification from any user when required by payment partners, anti-fraud controls, sanctions rules, tax duties or applicable law. False or manipulated verification material may result in rejection or account closure.

5. User Submissions

In ShortYou remain responsible for information and files you submit and must have the necessary rights to provide them.

User submissions include profile details, creator-claim evidence, registration photographs, support messages and other material supplied to the platform. You represent that your submissions are accurate, lawful and do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright or other third-party rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, resize, display and otherwise use submissions only as reasonably required to operate, secure and promote the relevant platform features. We may reject, restrict or remove submissions that violate these Terms or create legal, security or reputational risk.

6. Content on the Website

In ShortCreator information may originate from public or third-party sources and can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.

myXmodel-coin does not sell adult content, subscriptions or access to live streams. Creator profiles and external links are provided to identify the creator associated with a coin and may refer to independent third-party services.

Third-party content and external websites are controlled by their respective operators. We do not guarantee that such information is complete, current, available or suitable. Visiting an external website is at your own risk and is governed by that website’s own terms and privacy rules.

7. User/Creator Conduct

In ShortUse the platform lawfully, honestly and without harming other users, creators or the service.

You must not misuse accounts, impersonate another person, manipulate creator claims, submit false trading or payment information, harass users, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure or use unauthorised automation to extract platform data.

You must not coordinate deceptive trading, artificial volume, wash trading, price manipulation, fraudulent chargebacks or other conduct intended to mislead users about demand, price, holders or creator participation. Account credentials must be kept confidential, and you are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

8. Creator Coins and Payments

In ShortCreator coins are platform-based digital units whose value may change and whose purchase involves fees and risk.

Creator coins exist solely within the myXmodel-coin platform and do not represent shares, company ownership, voting rights, debt, a bank deposit, legal tender or a promise of profit. They are not designed for withdrawal to an external blockchain wallet or migration to an external exchange.

Before confirming a purchase, the interface displays the total amount charged, selected currency, estimated creator allocation, transaction fee and net amount used for the coin purchase. Unless the checkout states otherwise, the current model allocates 20% of the gross purchase amount to the creator balance, 5% as a transaction fee and 75% to the coin purchase. Exchange rates, rounding and payment-provider costs may affect displayed conversions.

Coin pricing may be determined by a bonding curve and platform transaction rules. Prices can rise or fall, liquidity may be limited, and you may lose some or all economic value. Past price movement is not a promise of future performance. A payment is complete only after the payment provider confirms it and the platform records the transaction.

Refunds, reversals and chargebacks are handled according to mandatory law, the checkout terms and payment-provider rules. We may delay or reverse credits where a payment fails, is cancelled, is fraudulent or is charged back. Creator payouts require an eligible balance, an accepted payout account and completion of any required checks.

9. Services on the Website

In ShortThe platform supports creator discovery, watchlists, creator coins, portfolios, trading records and creator claims.

Available services may include creator search, coin profiles, price information, watchlists, portfolio reporting, purchase and sale functions, transaction history, creator claims and payout-account management. Some services may be unavailable, limited, in testing or dependent on third-party providers.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. A preview, estimate, chart or calculated value is informational and may differ from the final execution result. No material on the platform constitutes personalised investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

10. Trust & Safety

In ShortWe use proportionate controls to reduce fraud, abuse, unlawful activity and misleading creator claims.

We may review creator claims, account activity, payments, external-profile references and reports submitted by users or rights holders. We may block a coin, restrict a profile, pause trading, withhold a payout or preserve relevant records while investigating suspected misconduct.

Users can report suspected impersonation, unlawful material, payment abuse, intellectual-property violations or security problems through the contact channel published by the platform. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, repetition, risk to others and applicable legal duties.

11. Recommendation Systems

In ShortSearch results, watchlists and rankings may use automated ordering and market data.

Sections such as search, Top Coins, Top Gainers or discovery views may be ordered using factors including query relevance, creator attributes, current price, price change, activity, availability, randomisation and account watchlist choices.

Automated ordering is intended to improve navigation and does not constitute endorsement, verification, financial advice or a quality guarantee. We may adjust ranking logic, prevent manipulation and explain material recommendation factors where required by law.

12. Recordings

In ShortmyXmodel-coin does not provide live-stream recording or adult-content hosting as a platform service.

You must not use myXmodel-coin to upload or distribute unauthorised recordings, intimate material or content captured from third-party services. External creator images or references may be used only where the platform or submitting user has a lawful basis to use them.

Security and transaction logs may be retained to protect accounts, document consent, investigate fraud and meet legal obligations. These operational records are not public recordings and are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.

13. Privacy Policy

In ShortOur Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, retained and shared.

Use of the platform is also governed by the myXmodel-coin Privacy Policy. It should describe account data, creator-claim evidence, payment metadata, security logs, cookies, communications, data recipients, retention periods and applicable privacy rights.

Payment providers and linked third-party websites process information under their own privacy notices. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the same subject, the more specific privacy provision applies to personal-data processing.

14. Copyright and Intellectual Property Claims

In ShortRights holders may report material they believe infringes their copyright, trademark or personality rights.

A report should identify the protected work or right, the disputed platform location, the reporter’s contact details, the basis for the claim and a good-faith confirmation that the information is accurate. We may request proof of identity, ownership or authority to act.

15. Modification of These Terms

In ShortWe may update these Terms and will identify the current version and effective date.

Changes may be required because of new features, payment arrangements, security risks, business operations or law. Material changes may be announced through the platform, account notice or email where appropriate.

Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not accept an update, you must stop using the affected services and may close your account subject to unresolved transactions and legal retention duties.

16. Indemnification and Release

In ShortYou may be responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, false claims or violations of third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate creatorcoin.cash and its service providers for reasonable losses, claims and costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraudulent activity or infringement of another person’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct and does not limit protections that cannot legally be waived. Disputes between users, creators and external platforms remain subject to any rights and remedies available under applicable law.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liabilities

In ShortThe platform is provided on an availability basis, and creator-coin trading carries technical and financial risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free data, permanent third-party links, continuous trading, liquidity or any particular financial outcome.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses where such exclusions are lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights where applicable. Any final liability cap must be reviewed and inserted by qualified counsel before production use.

18. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In ShortWe encourage users to contact us first so that disputes can be reviewed and resolved efficiently.

Before starting formal proceedings, please send a written description of the dispute, relevant account or transaction references, the requested resolution and supporting evidence through the published support channel.

Any consumer mediation, ombudsman or online dispute-resolution process required or available in the relevant jurisdiction will be identified in the legally reviewed production version. Participation in ADR does not remove non-waivable rights.

19. Choice of Law and Venue

In ShortThe governing-law and court provisions must match the final operating company and consumer-law requirements.

Test-version placeholder: the operating entity, registered office, governing law and competent venue have not yet been inserted. These details must be completed by qualified counsel before these Terms are used as a binding production document.

Regardless of the final contractual choice, users retain mandatory protections and access to courts that cannot lawfully be excluded in their country of residence.

20. General Terms

In ShortThese Terms, the Privacy Policy and referenced platform rules form the agreement governing use of myXmodel-coin.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply, and the affected provision should be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its intended purpose. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights without permission; we may transfer the agreement as part of a lawful business reorganisation or transfer.

Headings and “In Short” summaries assist navigation but do not replace the full provisions. The English version controls unless the final production Terms expressly state otherwise. Electronic notices and records may be used where permitted by law.
